Everything between the vessel and your warehouse

One team owns the whole import — no gaps between forwarder, clearing agent and transporter.

Documentation & GD

BL, invoice and packing-list review, HS classification and import GD filed on WeBOC/PSW.

Examination & release

We manage examination and assessment, resolve queries, pay/settle and obtain release.

Haulage & delivery

Our fleet moves the container to your facility, with de-stuffing and empty return coordinated.

Process

From vessel arrival to your door

An import is a chain of dependencies. Each step below can only start once the one before it is complete — which is why the early steps matter more than they look.

1

Pre-arrival document check

We review your invoice, packing list and Bill of Lading before the vessel berths. Anything inconsistent gets fixed while the ship is still at sea, not while free time is burning.

2

IGM and arrival

The carrier files the Import General Manifest. Once the vessel arrives and the manifest is in place, the consignment exists in the system and can be declared against.

3

Goods Declaration filed

We file the import GD on WeBOC or PSW with HS classification, declared value and the supporting documents attached.

4

Examination where required

If the system routes the consignment for examination, we attend at the terminal and represent the goods.

5

Assessment and duty payment

Duties and taxes are assessed against the declaration. We confirm the amount with you before payment so there are no surprises.

6

Delivery order and haulage

After release we arrange the delivery order and terminal formalities, then move the container on our own fleet to your factory or warehouse.

7

De-stuffing and empty return

Cargo is unloaded at your premises and we return the empty container to the line’s nominated yard within the detention window.

Cost Drivers

What an import actually costs, and what moves it

We do not publish rates, because a real import cost is built from several independent variables. These are the ones that matter — ask us to price against your specific case.

Duty and tax on the HS code

Customs duty, sales tax, income tax and any additional duties all follow from classification. This is usually the largest single component.

Declared value

Duty is assessed on value. A declared value that departs from customs’ own valuation data invites a dispute and delay.

Free time versus dwell

Every day past free time adds demurrage at the terminal and detention to the line. Clearance speed is a cost lever, not just a convenience.

Terminal and port charges

KICT, SAPT, QICT and PICT each have their own tariffs and handling procedures.

Haulage distance

Port Qasim is further from most of Karachi’s industrial areas than KPT. The terminal your cargo lands at changes the trucking cost.

Container type and size

20ft, 40ft, high-cube and reefer all price differently at every stage — line, terminal and haulage.

Documents

What we need to clear your import

The import file that clears fastest is the one where invoice, packing list and Bill of Lading agree with each other exactly.

FAQ

Questions, answered

How early should I send you the documents?
As soon as the shipment leaves origin. Checking documents while the vessel is still at sea costs nothing and is the cheapest possible time to find a discrepancy. Sending them after arrival means any correction happens while free time is running out.
Can you deliver the container directly to my factory?
Yes. We run our own haulage fleet in Karachi, so clearance and delivery are handled by the same company. The container moves from the terminal to your premises without being handed to a third-party transporter.
Who returns the empty container?
We do, as part of the same job. Returning the empty inside the line’s detention window is what stops detention charges accruing after your cargo has already been unloaded.
What if my goods need approval from another department?
Some commodities need clearance from a regulatory body in addition to customs. Tell us what you are importing before it ships and we will identify what is needed, so that process runs in parallel with the voyage rather than after arrival.
Do you clear import shipments at both KPT and Port Qasim?
Yes. We file import GDs on WeBOC/PSW and clear at Karachi Port (KICT, SAPT) and Port Qasim (QICT, PICT), then deliver to your warehouse anywhere in Karachi on our own fleet.
Can you advise on duties and HS codes before I import?
Yes — share the commodity and we'll advise likely HS classification, applicable duties/taxes and any regulatory requirements so there are no surprises at clearance.
Do you handle door-to-door imports?
We can manage the full chain: overseas pickup via our agent network, sea/air freight, Karachi customs clearance, and delivery to your door.
What about demurrage and detention?
We work to clear and de-stuff within free time, flag risks early, and coordinate haulage so containers are returned promptly — minimising demurrage and detention.
Can you clear machinery and raw materials imports?
Yes — from industrial machinery and spares to textile inputs and general raw materials. We handle examination, valuation queries and release.
What happens if my container is marked for examination?
We attend the examination in person at the terminal rather than filing paperwork and waiting. Being physically present is usually what turns a multi-day hold into a same-day resolution.
